How to Become a Delivery Centre

To offer our qualifications, you must first become an approved delivery centre. You will need to undergo our 5-step application process. Our dedicated teams will assist you to make your journey through the process as smooth as possible.

The second step is to submit your completed application form along with relevant supportive documents. Please follow these steps:

  • Complete & Authorise your form – please complete your application for Centre Approval. Your application must be authorised by a person with sufficient authority to take business and financial decisions in your centre.
  • Submit your form – send your form and supporting documentation by email and arrange payment of the appropriate fee.

Our accreditation team will carefully go through your submitted application and supportive documents and send you an acknowledgement receipt by email. The external examiner visit will be arranged when agreed the date and time with you.

The primary purpose of this visit is to check your premises, policies and procedures to ensure you are able to become an approved centre and offer our qualification. External Examiner will make a visit report and forward it to accreditation team to have final decision. During the visit, the External Examiner will discuss findings and recommendations with you.

If you are currently offering any qualifications from another awarding body, then you may not need a centre visit.

Followed by the visit, depends on the circumstances, the External Examiner will create an action plan and agree a timeframe with you to complete. Depending on the progress, the second visit may be needed before the approval decision is made. You will hear the final decision from us within 10 days.

Once you become an approved centre, you will be able to start marketing & delivering the qualifications that you were approved for. We will issue centre number and you can start accepting learners for the approved programmes.

Centre Portal Login

By logging on to LMQ online portal, you confirm that you will abide by the rules and procedures as set out in the LMQ centre guide, in particular you will have read and understood the guidance on data protection and will not access or extract data for purposes other than which is required by your role only. You will use your account responsibly and not knowingly falsify, obfuscate or destroy data and processes on the system.
